Your Order
• You may pay via Visa or MasterCard online using
our secure payment processing (SSL)
• Once you have placed your order online you will
receive an e-mail confirmation.
• If you wish to pay via Check or Money Order
please contact our customer care department
for instructions.
• We are unable to cancel an order once it is
placed online.
• Sales tax will be charged to customers shipping
to a NC address only.
Shipping Information
• Orders will be shipped via UPS. We offer Ground
and 2nd Day Air shipping as an option for all
locations withing the
50 US States. We offer UPS 3 Day Select for
shipping within the 48 contiguous states. UPS
Standard to Canada must
be used when shipping to any address in Canada.
• All orders (non-custom) will ship within 3-4
business days of order.
• We currently ship to all US States and Canada.
If you do not live within one of our shipping
areas and wish to inquire
about a bag, please send an e-mail to orders@madiedeluxe.com for assistance. UPS Ground and 2nd Day
Air may be used to ship within the 50 US States,
the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. UPS
3 Day Select must be used
when shipping to Canada. If you live within
the 48 contugous US states you may also use
UPS 3 Day Select.
• Please note: if you are shipping to a Canadian
location the recipient will be responsible for
paying duty, taxes,
and all broker fees prior to receiving your
order. For US orders under $1000 no duty should
be required. Canadian
Goods & Service tax will be approximately
6% of the merchandise total. An additional Provincial
Sale tax is also required and will vary by Provence.

Return Policy
• Only merchandise exchanges of like product is
allowed.
• Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receipt
in unused condition. If you would like to make
a merchandise exchange, please
contact our customer care department at service@madiedeluxe.com for instructions.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
(we will not accept COD).
• Custom made or customized items are not returnable.
• Sale (items ending in .99), OOPS!, and Sample Bags are sold 'as is' and may not be returned or exhanged.

One of a Kind and Limited Edition Products
Because the majority of our collection are one
of a kind and limited edition creations, our
selection is changing constantly. We use unique,
new, and sometimes rare vintage detailing and
fabric to create each bag. Due to this, large
on hand stocks are not available. If a bag is
described as one of a kind this means just that…..this
is an original bag and there are not others
like it. While you will find that we use some
of the same fabric for different bag types,
we do not duplicate one of kind creations. Limited
Edition bags are still handcrafted, original
creations. While we do create more then one
Limited Edition bag, the number of bags which
are created are small and vary by style and
fabric.
If you wish to inquire about a one of a kind
bag that you have seen on our site but are no
longer able to find, please e-mail Rebecca@madiedeluxe.com.
Please describe the bag using as much detail
as possible. While we will not replicate one
of a kind bags, we will certainly be happy to
give you some alternative suggestions for similar
bags that are available.
Product Info and Quality
We make every effort to accurately display and
describe all of our bags. If there are any questions
regarding a bag on our site please do not hesitate
to contact us.
We take every measure to insure that a quality
product is being shipped to you. We stand behind
the quality of our products and will be happy
to repair any problem that is a result of a
manufacturing defect.
Gift Services
MadieDeluxe will include a gift message at no
additional charge or will provide you a free
gift card upon request with any order.
Please type your gift message into the Gift
Message text box at checkout. We will print
your message onto our signature cards and enclose
with your order.
To receive a blank gift card, please type GIFTCARD
into the comments section at checkout. One gift
card per item please.
Since it's always the little things that count...we
are happy to gift wrap your package using our
beautiful gift wrapping and ribbons for small
fee of $4.95. If you would like for us to gift
wrap your order, please check the 'Gift Wrap'
option box at checkout. We will print your gift
message onto our signature cards for no additional
charge. Please type your message in the Gift
Message text box at checkout.
When shipping an order to an address other then
the billing address for the order; the receipt
will be mailed to the billing address given
at checkout.

Caring for your Bag
Please treat your bag with care. Due to the
handmade and unique nature of each bag we recommend
that you only spot clean your bag with mild
soap and water.
We cannot be responsible for damages caused
due to dry cleaning or machine washing bags.
Chemicals other than soap and water used to
clean your bag may cause damage or discoloration
to the fabric.
We cannot be responsible for fringe detail,
detachable pins, or other items which were not
hand created for our bags.
